The crops at the peri urban plot are robust and looking good. We have lots of white and red onion, spinach and potatoes growing.
Currently at the farmer’s market, we are selling storage fingerling potatoes (from last fall), rhubarb, white and red onions, garlic greens, sunflower greens, salad mixes (which are composed of sunflower greens, daikon radish and pea shoots) and spinach. We also have some tomato, hot pepper and rhubarb bedding plants left.
